COVID-19 Online Classes

March 25, 2020

We are here to help.
Let me start by saying, I hope you and your family are safe and healthy. It is a troublesome time filled with uncertainty.

As schools across the country are temporarily closed, we are here to help you fill in those educational gaps, and transition your child to online delivery. We can provide  "learn from home" lesson plans, tailored to your child’s specific needs. We’ve got you covered.

Students’ success is our top priority. Even through this challenging time, we want to ensure that students are still able to connect with an educator consistently. We have established an emergency response program to expedite planning, implementation, and access to 1:1 on-demand online tutoring and homework support. Contact us for more information.

Summer Learning

March 20, 2020

School may pause for the summer, but learning never stops.
Summer is the time to relax and recharge. But with students losing 20-30% of their math, reading and language skills, incorporating learning into your child’s summer plans is more important than ever. Whether you're looking to prevent a summer slowdown or to work on enrichment, we are here to help. We customize and tailor your child’s program and adapt our techniques to coincide with your child’s needs.

How Tutoring Builds Confidence

March 10, 2020

There are numerous ways in which tutoring improves a child’s self-esteem and confidence. For many students, self-esteem and confidence are a natural part of their personality. Unfortunately, for kids who struggle academically, self-esteem and confidence may quickly disappear. When a child loses their confidence, they may also lose the ability to learn new material and succeed in a classroom setting. In fact, students who have progressed from struggling learners to self-confident learners through the use of tutoring services, acknowledge that before they started receiving the support of a tutor, they often felt as if they were keeping their head above water when it came to grasping the skills and concepts being introduced to them at school. If your child is struggling academically, it is time to consider a tutor. Not only will they grasp an effective understanding of their lessons, but, their confidence will develop and their self-esteem will improve.
